The Opportunity of a Lifetime!
Imagine playing the sport you love (fastpitch softball) against some of Europe’s most talented fastpitch players while representing the United States for "The Cup"!
Our goal each year is to assemble the best teams of women to represent our country while also experiencing the beautiful sights of The Netherlands and Paris. Selected athletes and their families join our seasoned staff on an eight-day adventure, creating memories they will keep forever.
You will gain friendships across the United States and Europe with fellow passionate fastpitch players with great attitudes. You will also learn new skills and tips from our skilled coaches and staff and have a blast doing it all.
Are you ready?
If you have the heart to give it your all, the desire to play and travel internationally, and the ability to grow relationships with others who share your same passion, then this trip is for YOU!
And check out this great video too!
The type of athletes we are looking for…
We are looking for athletes who love the game! We want passionate players who are looking for a new opportunity and are open to new experiences. You have to be willing to make new friends and memories.
Being a talented player is great—but having a positive attitude is key. We seek high energy individuals with an optimistic outlook.

Born and raised in New Castle, PA. Married 23 years to my wife Trish. We have one daughter Brittany 23. We have one miniature schnauzer Tucker 17. We currently live in Cape Coral, FL.
I have been involved with softball since 1999. I am a cofounder of Silver Creek Fastpitch in 2004 in New Castle, PA. I coached at the HS level for two years. I've been coaching in the QDS events since 2010 and the indoor Cup since 2013. I'm very enthusiastic when I coach. Win or lose our team will have a blast! We will represent the United States with class. Hearing our National Anthem at opening and closing ceremonies is amazing! The Thursday night clinic with approximately 75 Dutch youth is so neat!
My daughter is a two time participant in the indoor Cup 2012/2016. She has made friends that will last a lifetime during the trip. She is planning on going for a visit to the Netherlands this summer to stay with one of the athletes she met in 2012. She has come to visit us several times in Florida. The trip is not only softball oriented but seeing the different cultures and meeting softball coaches/players that you would never have met in your life. You play against world class athletes from different countries. The trip is very educational as you get to see several different cultures in the week that we are gone.

Two weeks ago Anna and I embarked on the trip of a lifetime. Participating in International Cup 2018 was an incredible experience for both me as a parent and Anna as a player. Playing Fastpitch softball against international teams, meeting and making friends with wonderful families/players, making future connections and getting to experience Amsterdam and Paris was all part of a jam packed week that we will never forget. We encourage all young ladies who loves the game
to consider participating in future Cup events. It is worth every penny!
